Lead appraiser, Kevin T. Pearce, holds Certified General Appraisal licenses in Montana and Wyoming. In addition, Mr. Pearce holds the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation from the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). Mr. Pearce has testified as an expert witness at the District Court level in Montana and Wyoming, has served as a court appointed referee and has significant experience in highly complex conservation easement appraisals. Appraiser Trainee, Tracey Pearce, has been appraising Montana real estate for two years under the guidance of Mr. Pearce. She has completed numerous assignments including rural-residential homes, vacant land parcels, recreational homes on various acreages, and large Montana ranch properties. Ms. Pearce is completing her education requirements through the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers and looks to secure her Certified General Appraisal License within the next year.
